It is our desire at Trinity Baptist Church to offer a variety of different ministries and activities to meet the needs of all of our members and the community. Whatever your need may be, we seek to provide through our network of ministries. Our members work together to serve our community and we strive to provide a haven for all who are in need. From the very beginning of service, you will notice a feeling of togetherness.
Our service begins with Praise and Worship and allows each individual the opportunity to openly praise God through song. Each Sunday our music ministry delivers music in variety of ways to touch all levels of life. The Youth choir, Teen in Praise, Voices of Praise, Men's choir, United Choir, Sanctuary Choir and the Jubilee Choir all deliver a different praise. Pastor Rev. Thurmond Bowens, Jr. delivers a powerful and relevant message from the Word of God with clarity, compassion, and conviction. Each worship service is a unique experience. However, Sunday is only the beginning of service for Trinity Baptist Church.
Through our ministries we:
Feed those who are less fortunate to have a consistent hot meal.
Help single parents through mentoring and tutoring the youth.
Keep marriages strong with activities designed for married adults and those preparing for marriage.
Keep church closeness through fellowship with picnics, games, athletic activities, group trips.
Provide annual health screenings to keep our members and community informed and healthy.
Offer spiritual and cultural enrichment through the Drama, Music, Dance and Mime ministries, at variance times of the year theatre-like concerts and plays are performed without an admission charge.
